Backorder Policy |

Our goal is to have the parts you need, when you need them. With parts becoming more scarce, some items may be temporarily out-of-stock or no longer available. These items will be indicated as "backordered" on your invoice. In most cases, backordered items will ship within 2-3 weeks. Occasionally, certain items take longer - especially weather-stripping - that are made for us. Heck, sometimes our own production team gets behind! If you have any questions, you can email sales(at)kipmotor.com Any backordered item not shipped within 60 days of the original order will be automatically dropped unless specifically requested otherwise. |
