Another manufacturing core competency is our metal stamping. Our highest demand is for floor panels, patch panels, and sills for the Metropolitan. Grille surrounds begin as stamped metal, are hand sanded,  then chromed for show quality.

Cutting out grille surround pattern from brass sheet.	Piece is inserted into mold and stamped.
	Fine hammering to turn up lip to ensure proper mounting to car.
The top and bottom pieces require four hands to hold in place and stamp to mould.
	A complete set of chromed grill surrounds for the late model Metropolitan. Truly, a piece of jewelry to adorn your Metropolitan.
Piece is hand sanded and wired to rack for chroming.
