Payments:
Kip Motor Company accepts Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, money orders, and cheques in US
dollars or Pound Sterling. Please have available your credit card number, expiration date,
name and billing address of cardholder and telephone number when ordering. COD orders are
usually accepted; an additional $9 fee will be incurred. Orders paid by cheque will be
held for two weeks prior to shipping. Air and international shipments must be pre-paid.
Truck freight is collect.

one (1) each quantity. The quantity listed is the number of pieces required for a car. Price
and availability is subject to change with out notice. If the part you require is not

Quantities:
The quantities stated in the catalogs besides a part number
represents the number of pieces required for a car. It does NOT reflect the number of
pieces included in the price. Price is for one piece.
Returns:
Returns are accepted for full refund or
exchange up to 90 days from date of purchase (shipment). Returns are accepted for exchange
only, up to 180 days from date of purchase (shipment). Special orders, custom orders and
returns exceeding the listed limits may or may not be accepted, with or without a
restocking fee, at the discretion of KC. Returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the
original invoice. Include a note indicating the reason for return. All items must be in
the same condition as shipped. Items cut, fitted, painted, glued, etc., will NOT be
accepted.
Shipping:
Orders are normally shipped DHL Ground.
Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery is available at extra cost. Items too large for
DHL are shipped by truck, freight collect. For
shipping charges.. International and overseas orders may be
shipped by post, DHL or other means as required. International customers should indicate
their preference at time of order. Keep in mind that post travels by surface
(boat) and can take several weeks to arrive.
Air, truck freight and international shipments must be pre-paid.
If your shipment arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately before contacting KMC
for further instructions.
Warranty:
All parts are warranted against defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. If a part
fails in service, it will be exchanged for a similar part whenever available. This
warranty covers only the part and does not include labor or failure of a related
component. In no case would the liability of KMC exceed the cost of the original part.
